We do not offer any delivery services. At this time, Vermont does not allow for the delivery of cannabis. That may change in the future and if it does, we will reassess.
Yes. According to state law, we must ID everyone who comes in the door regardless of age. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid, not expired, photo ID that have your date of birth on them like a driver’s license or a passport.
We must also check your ID upon entry and at the point of sale. We know, but rules are rules, so please keep that ID in hand!
At Lake Effect Vermont, we absolutely love your furry friends, and we know they’re part of the family! While we’d love to meet them in person, due to state regulations and safety concerns, we are unable to allow pets inside our dispensary.
As outlined by the Vermont Cannabis Control Board, all animals (except service animals) must be excluded from areas used for cannabis processing, manufacturing, and storage. To ensure compliance and maintain a clean, safe environment for everyone, we kindly ask that pets remain outside.
Of course, service animals are always welcome in compliance with ADA regulations.
That said, we still want to see your pets! Feel free to show us photos of your furry, feathered, or scaly friends when you visit. We love meeting your companions in spirit, even if we can’t in person.
